Services
Renew Home Renovation provides home remodeling services including but not limited to interior and exterior renovations, bathroom design, home security installations, fire safety systems, home warranties, roofing, and solar panel installations.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Consultations and Estimates
We offer free initial consultations and estimates for potential projects. These estimates are based on information provided by the client and are subject to change following a detailed assessment of the project requirements.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs or other factors beyond our control.
Contracts and Agreements
For all remodeling projects, a written contract will be provided detailing the scope of work, materials, timeline, costs, and payment schedule. The contract must be signed by both parties before work commences.
Any changes to the original contract must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Additional costs resulting from changes requested by the client will be outlined in a change order.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with progress payments due at specified milestones and final payment upon completion.
Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and could result in delays to the project timeline.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, they will be responsible for the cost of work completed, materials ordered, and any other expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Refund policies will be outlined in the contract specific to each project.
Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Warranties vary depending on the type of service and materials used and will be specified in the contract.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, alterations by others, or normal wear and tear.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide access to the work area as scheduled
- Make timely decisions regarding selections and approvals
- Ensure the work area is clear of personal belongings
- Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for the work
- Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
Limitation of Liability
Renew Home Renovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renew Home Renovation, its contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
